              The people of Gujarat being entrepreneurship by nature and hardworking business persons. Bhiloda is the taluka Place of sabarkantha district tribal area. Sabarkantha is famous for Aravally Mountains, shamlaji temple and adiwasi cultures the ceramic tiles industries have reached at the pick level development near the city. There is ancient bhavnath mahadev temple in Bhiloda.

               Initially, industrial training institute was setup with intake capacity of 80 seats in 4 trades at Rented Building in the year 1986. The institute is at present the institute have cap of 288 seats in 9 trades. Running in own Government Building.

                     

                   Adequate Facilities for the training in 9 trades under NCVT, GCVT having in take capacity of 288 Trainees is available in the institute. Also short terms Pattern Courses like Driving, Jerdoshi, Computer operator, Plumber, Battery repairing etc. are taught in the institute. More over English Is taught to all trades trainees to improve their communication skill in English and to get enough knowledge of English which is necessary in industrialization.

 

                      In accordance with the fastest world–wide globalization, liberalization and privatization among to train the requisite skilled manpower needed by the industries. It is humble effort of the institute to provide most sophisticated and fully acquainted technicians to the industries so that the government can fulfill the commitment and promises to create larger opportunities for young generation of the state in the coming years with the utilization of available infrastructural facilities, ultra modem machinery and highly developed tools and equipments. As looking fast growth of auto sector and to full fill well advanced skilled worker the up gradation of auto mobile sector training is much needful in this area. I have not a slightest doubt that institute is to reduce unemployment. And making the youth more employable by way of super training facilities.

 

Craftmen Training  Scheme ( CTS )

 

               The main objective of this scheme is to provide semi-skilled workmen to industries. It also helps the jobseekers in improving their employability in terms of either wage employment or self-employment.

 

                 Director General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour, Government of India, under the aegis of National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT), lays down the guidelines for implementation of CTS. Under this scheme, the duration of various vocational trades training courses varies between 1 to 3 years. Every week, the trainee is expected to undergo 28 hours of practical training besides 10 hours of theoretical instruction ( 4 hours for trade theory + 2 hours for workshop calculation + 2 hours for engineering drawing + 2 hours for social studies ) and another 4 hours for extra curricular activities including library studies and physical training.
                 At the end of the training 80 % attendance is must for appearing in the examination. Every year, in the months of July and February, the NCVT conducts All India Trade Test and successful trainees are awarded National Trade Certificates (NTCs). These certificates are very useful for the employment in the country as well as abroad. For the State level courses the Trade Test is conducted by the Gujarat Council for Vocational Training (GCVT) and Gujarat State Trade certificate is issued for the same.

In accordance with the policy of promoting Public-Private Partnership, Institute Management Committees (IMC) was constituted in ITI in the year 2006. The Chairman of the IMC is from private industry and another four members are from private industry who are taking well interest in the training of the students. Significant autonomy has been given to the Institute Management Committee including their role in selection of trainees, purchase of tools-equipments, machinery, furniture, raw material, enhancing technical skills of teaching staff, arranging workshops, seminars and exhibitions and revamping the syllabus. As a result the members of the IMC as well as the local industries are playing a significant role in running the ITI.

 

With a view to provide technically qualified man-power required for different industries and to be helpful to provide employment, this Institute is carrying over different Informal sector Short term courses. More over Institute given English training to all trade trainees to improve their communication skill in English from this year.

 

I have not a slightest doubt that institute is to reduce unemployment and making the youth more employable by way of super training facilities.
